विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या-2303 दिनांक 18.06.2018 एवं एतद्संबंधी निर्गत अन्य आदेशों में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम-2005 के सुसंगत प्रावधानों के तहत निगरानी विभाग (मुख्यालय), बिहार, पटना के लिए विभाग के निम्नांकित पदाधिकारियों को उनके नाम के सम्मुख अंकित प्राधिकार का दायित्व निर्वहन करने हेतु आदेश निर्गत की तिथि से अगले आदेश तक के लिए नियुक्त किया जाता है ः-
बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित 56वीं से 59वीं संयुक्त प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा के आधार पर उक्त आयोग के पत्रांक-209 दिनांक 12.10.2018 द्वारा ’’बिहार निगरानी अन्वेषण संवर्ग नियमावली, 2012‘‘ के तहत स्वीकृत पदों के विरूद्ध पुलिस उपाधीक्षक के पद पर नियुक्ति हेतु अनुशंसित निम्नलिखित अभ्यर्थियों को निम्नांकित शर्त्तो के अधीन पे मेट्रिक्स वेतन स्तर-9 (रू॰ 53,100-167800) में राज्य सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर स्वीकृत अनुमान्य भत्तों के साथ परीक्ष्यमान पुलिस उपाधीक्षक के पद पर औपबंधिक रूप से नियुक्त किया जाता है ः-

WHEREAS, It is alleged that Sri Lalan Kumar, S/o Hiralal Rajak, the then Assistant Engineer, Regional Laboratory, RWD, Bhagalpur (Suspended) Mohallah - Baskothi Christian Colony, Gate No. - 94, Digha, P.S. - Digha, Distt. - Patna, while holding the post of Sri Lalan Kumar, S/o Hiralal Rajak, the then Assistant Engineer, Regional Laboratory, RWD, Bhagalpur (Suspended) and serving in different capacities in the State of Bihar, committed an offence of under clause (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and that the matter is being investigated in Vigilance investigation Bureau Vide Vig. P.S. Case No. 45/2016 dated 25.04.2016.
कार्मिक एवं प्रशासनिक सुधार विभाग (सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग), बिहार, पटना की अधिसूचना संख्या-2804 दिनांक 29.03.2010 के आलोक में विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या-5448 दिनांक 05.11.2014 द्वारा सेवा निवृत्त पुलिस उपाधीक्षकों को अनुबंध के आधार पर अगले एक वर्ष के लिए नियोजित करते हुए निगरानी अन्वेषण ब्यूरो, बिहार, पटना में पदस्थापित किया गया था। विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या-821 दिनांक 10.03.2016 द्वारा अगले एक वर्ष की अवधि विस्तार किया गया था। साथ ही विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या-4518 दिनांक 30.11.2016 द्वारा अगले एक वर्ष एवं विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या-4868 दिनांक 27.11.2017 द्वारा अगले एक वर्ष अर्थात् दिनांक 14.11.2018 तक के लिए अवधि विस्तार किया गया था।
लोक स्वास्थ्य अभियन्त्रण विभाग, बिहार, पटना की अधिसूचना संख्या-338 दिनांक 25.06.2018 द्वारा श्री संदीप कुमार रजक, अधीक्षण अभियंता के तकनीकी सलाहकार, सासाराम को स्थानान्तरण करते हुए अगले आदेश तक इनकी सेवा कार्यपालक अभियंता के पद पर पदस्थापन हेतु निगरानी विभाग को सौंपी गयी है। तद्नुसार दिनांक 03.07.2018 को पूर्वाहन में श्री रजक द्वारा योगदान समर्पित किया गया है।
केन्द्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो से सेवा निवृत्त पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री अरूण कुमार शर्मा को विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या-4713 दिनांक 06.09.2013 द्वारा निगरानी विभाग के अन्तर्गत विशेष निगरानी इकाई में अनुबंध के आधार पर तीन वर्षो के लिए पुलिस अधीक्षक के पद पर नियोजित किया गया था। तद्नुसार श्री शर्मा द्वारा दिनांक 13.09.2013 को पूर्वाह्न में अपना योगदान समर्पित किया गया, जिसे विभागीय आदेश संख्या-4910 दिनांक 13.09. 2013 द्वारा स्वीकृत किया गया था।
राज्य सरकार आम जनता की सामाजिक एवं आर्थिक प्रगति के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। इसके अन्तर्गत भ्रष्टाचार के विरूद्ध नीति अपनायी गयी है। इस उद्धेश्य की पूर्त्ति की दिशा में सरकार द्वारा निगरानी विभाग के अधीनस्थ कार्यालय एवं के लिए पुलिस उपाधीक्षक के रिक्त 18 (अठारह) पदों के विरूद्ध सेवा निवृत्त पुलिस उपाधीक्षक को अनुबंध के आधार पर नियोजन करने का निर्णय लिया गया है।
सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, बिहार, पटना के संकल्प संख्या-10000 दिनांक 10.07.2015 के आलोक में विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या-3100 दिनांक 05.08.2016 द्वारा निम्नांकित 13 (तेरह) सेवा निवृत्त पुलिस उपाधीक्षकों को अनुबंध के आधार पर अगले दो वर्षो के लिए नियोजित करते हुए विभिन्न अधिसूचनाओं द्वारा निगरानी अन्वेषण ब्यूरो तथा विशेष निगरानी इकाई, पटना में पदस्थापित किया गया था।
