भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों के द्वारा अवैध रूप से अर्जित सम्पत्ति तथा राज्य सरकार की राशि के दुर्विनियोग, गबन राज्य सरकार के द्वारा चलायी जा रही योजनाओं में भ्रष्टाचार की सूचना देने वाले एवं भ्रष्टाचार मिटाने के लिए घूसखोरों को पकड़वाने वाले व्यक्ति को ईनाम/पुरस्कार दिये जाने के संबंध में।
