सुश्री अंजु सिंह, अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, पटना को सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग, बिहार, पटना की अधिसूचना संख्या-19034 दिनांक 10.10.2023 द्वारा संयुक्त सचिव (विधि), निगरानी विभाग के पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति के आधार पर नियुक्त कर अगले आदेश तक के लिए सेवा सौंपी गयी है।

विभिन्न निगरानी न्यायालयों में लंबित वादों के त्वरित एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण निष्पादन सुनिश्चित करने एवं भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम, 1988 के तहत गठित विशेष न्यायालयों में निगरानी वादों के संचालनार्थ बिहार अभियोजन सेवा के पदाधिकारियों को विशेष लोक अभियोजक के पद पर नियुक्ति/पदस्थापन हेतु साक्षात्कार का आयोजन किया जाना है।

WHEREAS, It is alleged that Sri Chandra Bhushan Ojha, the then Clerk, Primary Health Centre, Kudhani, Muzaffarpur S/o Late Jagannath Ojha, Village-Khabra, P.S. - Sadar, District- Muzaffarpur, while holding the post of Clerk, Primary Health Centre, Kudhani, Muzaffarpurand serving in different capacities in the State of Bihar, committed an offence under clause (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and that the matter was investigated in Vigilance Investigation Bureau, Bihar Case No. 122/2016 dated 14.11.2016.
किया था, जिसे सम्यक् विश्लेषणोपरांत अनुशासनिक प्राधिकार द्वारा अस्वीकृत करते हुए विधिवत् प्रक्रिया का पालन करते हुए दण्ड अधिरोपित किया गया है। श्री राजेश कुमार राय द्वारा अपने पदीय दायित्वों के निर्वहन में गंभीर लापरवाही बरती गई है, परिणामस्वरूप कारा के अति सुरक्षित क्षेत्र में बंदियों के बीच विवाद एवं मारपीट की घटना घटित हुई है तथा घटना के अगले दिन कई बंदियों को बुलाकर कारा कर्मियों द्वारा पिटाई की गयी, जिसमें एक बंदी बेहोश हो गया तथा उसकी मृत्यु का अफवाह फैल जाने से बंदी उत्तेजित होकर तोड़-फोड़ करने लगे और कक्षपालों पर हमला कर दिये। श्री राय का अपने पुनर्विलोकन अभ्यावेदन में कहना है कि उक्त घटना की सूचना उन्हें किसी अधीनस्थ कर्मी द्वारा नहीं दी गई। उनके इस कथन से स्पष्ट है कि उनका अपने अधी
