In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 24 of the Bihar Special Courts Act, 2009 (Act no.5 of 2010), the Governor of Bihar do hereby make the following rules to amend the Bihar Special Court Rules, 2010.
बिहार विशेष न्यायालय, अधिनियम, 2009 की धारा-24 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल एतद्द्वारा बिहार विशेष न्यायालय नियमावली, 2010 का संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं ः-
पथ निर्माण विभाग, बिहार पटना की अधिसूचना संख्या-3046(s) दिनांक 02.07.2024 द्वारा श्री अशोक कुमार झा, मुख्य अभियंता, केन्द्रीय निरूपण संगठन, पथ निर्माण विभाग, बिहार, पटना की सेवा अगले आदेश तक निगरानी विभाग के अन्तर्गत तकनीकी परीक्षक कोषांग में अभियंता प्रमुख के पद पर पदस्थापन हेतु सौंपी गयी है। तदनुसार दिनांक 03.07.2024 के पूर्वाह्न में श्री झा द्वारा योगदान समर्पित किया गया है।
