पटना, दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर 2024 2. राज्य सरकार के सुशासन के अन्तर्गत भ्रष्टाचार के विरूद्ध ‘‘जीरो टॉलरेन्स‘‘ की नीति अपनायी गयी है। इस संदर्भ में निगरानी विभाग द्वारा भ्रष्टाचार उन्मूलन के प्रयास तेज किये गये है। सरकार की मंशा है कि भ्रष्टाचार को जड़ से मिटाया जाय। इसी के अन्तर्गत निगरानी विभाग के अधीनस्थ कार्यालय विशेष निगरानी इकाई का विभागीय पत्रांक-3529 दिनांक 11.09.2006 के द्वारा गठन किया गया। वर्तमान में इस इकाई को और सशक्त बनाने एवं इनकी अनुसंधान की कार्य क्षमता में वृद्धि की आवश्यकता महसूस की गई है।
