Equivalent non forest land made availaible by CO Pachrukhi vide letter No. 113(en) dated 15.01.2026 after which the proposal sent for approval to DFO gopalganj vide this office letter No. 146(en) dated 15.01.2026. EDS raised by DFO gopalganj on 5.2.26 after that EDS resolved by this division and uploaded to parivesh portal on 16/02/26. again EDS raised by DFO on 26/2/26 then this issue resolved by this division on 16/03/26 and uploaded to parivesh portal. EDS raised by DFO on 10/06/26 after that EDS resolved by this division and uploaded to parivesh portal on 10/07/26. Payment for compensatory levies of Rs. 1,11,33,161 sought by forest department which is under process.
