4 No. HL Bridge in progress, Forest clearance status- Clearance applied in Parivesh 2.0 proposal number-FP/BR/ROAD/536657/25 , in lieu of diversion of notified forest land DFO Gopalganj has sought 4.8 hectare equivalent non forest land vide their office letter 1574 dated 24/07/2025 in reference and after discussion with concerned officials on the above , equivalent non forest land was sought out from DM Siwan vide this office letter number 1866(en) dated 25/09/25 . Equivalent non forest land made availaible by CO Pachrukhi vide letter No. 113(en) dated 15.01.2026 after which the proposal sent for approval to DFO gopalganj vide this office letter No. 146(en) dated 15.01.2026. EDS raised by DFO gopalganj on 5.2.26 after that EDS resolved by this division and uploaded to parivesh portal on 16/02/26. again EDS raised by DFO on 26/2/26 then this issue resolved by this division on 16/03/26 and uploaded to parivesh portal. At present NOC approval is pending at technical officer, Integrated Regional Office, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Ranchi level.
