Utility shifting works is in progress and Tree cutting permission for km 14.00 to km 20.40 by DFO, Rohtas vide letter no-5254 dated 30.12.2025. Now tree cutting work (95/144 nos) & Tree translocation (455/479) work is in progress. Current status land (3.21 Ha) for compensatory afforestation has been made available on PARIVESH 2.0 on dt. 14.01.2026. Additional Land Area of 0.9885 Ha demanded by Forest Department. For which a letter has been written to DM, Rohtas (Lt. no-698 (We) Dtd-06.04.2026) EDS has been raised by DFO, Rohtas that the Non Forest land is given in two isolated patches. The patch should be continuous and contiguous ie 4.1985 Ha single patch of non forest land suitable for afforestation through his letter no-3498 dated 14.08.2026.

Visited: 31 Dec 2025"यह पथ माननीय मुख्यमंत्री, बिहार के प्रगति यात्रा के क्रम में उद्घोषित है। इस पथ का चौड़ीकरण एवं मजबूतीकरण कार्य हेतु प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति 9211.79 लाख है। संवेदक Shakti Basant Joint Venture, कार्य प्रारम्भ की तिथि 04.09.2025 एवं कार्य समाप्ति की तिथि 03.03.2027 है । पथ की वर्त्तमान चौड़ाई 5.50 मी0 है एवं 10.00 मी० की चौड़ाई में चौड़ीकरण एवं मजबूतीकरण कार्य किया जाना है। निरीक्षण के क्रम में पथ के 3rd 4th, 5th एवं 9th से 14th कि०मी० के विभिन्न पथांशों में E/W-5.00km, GSB-4.50km, WMM - 4.00km एवं Utility Shifting का कार्य प्रगति पर पाया गया। पथ के widening के क्रम में Non Bituminous work के बगल में Shoulder को कार्य एक साथ नही किया जा रहा है। जिसे Shoulder का समूचित Compaction नही हो पायेगा। प्रमंडलीय अभियंताओं को उचित प्रकार से Shoulder का निर्माण करने का निदेश दिया गया। Material Stock Yard में Material को Visual appearance में Proper graded नही पाया गया। WMM को प्रमंडलीय कार्यालय के लैब में जाँच कराकर संतुष्ट होने का निदेश कार्यपालक अभियंता को दिया गया। पथ के 8.20 कि०मी० RCC H L Bridge का निर्माण किया जाना है उसे शीघ्र प्रारम्भ करने हेतु Confirmatory Board का निदेश कार्यपालक अभियंता को दिया गया। कार्यपालक अभियंता के द्वारा बताया गया कि कुल 479 वृक्षों में से 250 वृक्षों का पुर्नस्थापन कार्य करा दिया गया है"
