After due consideration on objection received under section-5 for transitional areas declared by previously published draft Notification No-2728 dated-13.04.2017 under section-4 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 (Bihar Act, 11 of 2007) in exercise of the powers conferred under section-6 of the Act, the State Government of Bihar is hereby pleased to constitute the areas falling in the present circle of Nagar Panchayat Daudnagar and its present boundaries within the district of Aurangabad as the Nagar Parishad, Daudnagar, which will be called the Nagar Parishad, Daudnagar.
2. This notification shall come in to force at once.
