Progress is Slow in anticipation of NOC to be issued by Forest Department. - Application has been uploaded at PARIVESH Portal for Forest Clearance on dated 02.10.2023 and its Proposal No. FP/BR/ROAD/413169/2023. - The CA land has been provided by DM, Gayaji. Accordingly proposal with required document has been submitted to CAMPA, Patna on dated: 08.09.2025 for further necessary approval. - Proposal submitted to Ministry of Environment Forest & Climate Change Department. (MoEFCC) Jharkhand on dated 09.02.2026 by MoEFCC Department Bihar. - Some Observation Raised which has been complied and the same has been forwarded to MoEFCC, Bihar .MoEFCC , Bihar has forwarded the proposal to MoEFCC Jharkhand for granting NOC. Meeting scheduled on 16.06.26. through VC mode. Observation raised related to NFL land. Compliance related to land detail is being done by RCD.( RCD submitted letter to CO for providing the detail of land) CO Report is awaited.
