However there is old road existing in land disputed portion and that portion is connected & Motorable. Proposal for Descoping of work for road length 1355 m has been submitted to CE,South, RCD, Patna vide SE, Magadh Road Circle letter no-745WE dated 20.07.2022 EOT proposal submitted to CE, South, RCD, Patna vide letter no. 1276 dt. 20.07.2022 of this office. L.A. process is in progress under perpetual lease 2014.
