Forest Clearance status- Clearance applied in Parivesh 2.0 proposal number-FP/BR/ROAD/536882/25In lieu of the diversion of notified forest land equivalent non forest land of 4.5 hectare was sought by DFO Gopalganj vide their office letter no. 2081 dated 26/09/2025 . in reference to above, the aforementioned land was requested from DM siwan vide this office letter no. 1876(en) dated 26/09/2025.Equivalent land provided by CO Pachrukhi vide letter no. 115(en) dated 15.01.2026 after which proposal sent to DFO Gopalganj, for approval vide this office letter No. 145(en) dated 15.01.2026. EDS raised by DFO on 05/02/2026 then this issue is resolved by this division and uploaded to parivesh portal on 16/02/26, then again EDS raised by DFO gopalganj on 26/02/26 and issue resolved by this division on 28/02/26 and uploaded on parivesh portal. At present NOC approval is pending at technical officer, Integrated Regional Office, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Ranchi level.
