Visited: 3 May 2025"(1) अमरपुर बाई-पास पथ . यह पथSH-25 के कि0मी0 19वाँ (कुल्हड़िया बाजार) से प्रारंभ होकर ग्रीन फील्ड एवं कुछ ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग के पथ से होते हुए SH-85 के कि0मी0 25वाँ (चपरी मोड़) में मिलती है। पुनः यह पथ SH-85 के कि0मी0 28वाँ (दीघी पोखर) से होते हुए SH-25 के कि0मी0 26वाँ (सियुरी मोड़) में मिलती है। इस पथ की कुल लंबाई 7.052 KM है। इस कार्य से संबंधित विवरण निम्नवत् है:- (i) कार्य की प्रषासनिक स्वीकृति:- रु0 7424.24 लाख (मुख्य शीर्ष 5054 सात निष्चय-2) (ii) तकनीकी स्वीकृति:- रु0 6707.05 लाख (iii) कार्य प्रारम्भ की तिथि:- 19.12.2023 (iv) कार्य समाप्ति की तिथि:- 18.12.2025 (v) एकरारनामा संख्या:- 09/SBD of 2023-24 Dt-19.12.2023 (vi) एकरारनामित राषि:- परिमाण विपत्र राषि से 10% कम अर्थात् रु0 46,66,25,258.00 यह बाई-पास का निर्माण संवेदक Sincon Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Patna के द्वारा कराया जा रहा है। वर्तमान में संवेदक के द्वार किसी भी प्रकार का कोई कार्य नहीं किया जा रहा है। निरक्षण के दौरन संवेदक के प्लांट पर कोई भी आदमी नहीं पाया गया एवं प्लांट के बाहर गेट पर ताला लगा हुआ पाया गया। कार्य प्रारम्भ होने की तिथि से लगभाग 1.5 वर्ष बीत चूका है। पथ के कुल लम्बाई 7.052 किमी में से लगभाग 4 किमी में भू-अर्जन का कार्य किया जाना है, जो प्रक्रियाधिन है। शेष बचे हुए लम्बाई में अतिक्रमणमुक्त करने के बावजूद संवेदक के द्वार कोई कार्य नहीं किया जा रहा है। कार्यपालक अभियंता, पथ प्रमंडल, बांका को निर्देश दिया गया कि अतिक्रमणमुक्त कराया गया स्थानो पर संवेदक से वार्ता कर सिगार कार्य प्रारंभ करना सुनिश्चित करे जिसे पुन: अतिक्रमण की समसया उत्पन्न न हो।"
