Letter of descope of work has been sent to S.E, NBC, Muzaffarpur vide letter no.-1032 (E) dt. 04.07.2024 (i) Delay due to heavy rainfall (ii) The work delay due to NOC not given in time by water resource department for construction of bituminous road in total length 2175m from CH-17.90 to 20.075 of Sandhwara Bay embankment. (iii) In this work extra 2.335 km. road length along with culvert and bridges is to be constructed due to revised TS given by the department on dt. 24.08.2022, So extra time is required for the construction of additional work.
