DMRC floats ₹54 crore tender for Patna Metro Phase-I station works

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has invited online e-tenders for a major construction package under the Patna Metro Rail Project Phase-1.

The tender relates to Contract PC-04A and includes the design, fabrication, supply and erection of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures at seven elevated metro stations: Danapur, Saguna Mor, RPS Mor, Patliputra, Mithapur, Ramkrishna Nagar and Jaganpura. Architectural finishing works along with water supply, sanitary, drainage and site development will be carried out at Mithapur, Ramkrishna Nagar and Jaganpura

The estimated cost of the project is ₹54.05 crore, inclusive of all taxes, with a completion period of 18 months. The work is being executed by DMRC on a deposit work basis for Patna Metro Rail Corporation (PMRC), as per the Memorandum of Understanding between the two organisations .

Tender documents will be available online from 23 January 2026 to 5 March 2026. The last date for seeking clarifications is 3 February 2026, while the pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 4 February 2026 through video conferencing. Online bid submission will begin on 25 February 2026 and close on 5 March 2026, with the opening of tenders planned for 6 March 2026 .

The contract also follows the Government of India’s Make in India procurement policy, under which only Class-I and Class-II local suppliers are eligible to bid. Provisions related to joint ventures, financial standing and work experience have been clearly defined in the tender document.
