The Bihar State Building Construction Corporation Ltd. (BSBCCL) has officially awarded the tender for the construction of a new Minority Residential School in the Buxar.
The project will be located in Mauza-Kant under the Brahmpur Circle and is designed to accommodate a housing capacity of 560 students. The initiative is part of the state’s efforts to improve educational infrastructure for minority communities, backed by an administrative approval of ₹53.37 crore sanctioned in June 2025.
Contract Awarded at 14.55% Below Estimated Cost
The winning bid was highly competitive. While the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) estimated the project cost at ₹49.83 crore, Aaradhya Enterprises secured the contract with a bid of ₹42.58 crore, which is 14.55% below the estimated rate.

Three other firms—NNT Developers Ltd, M/s Maa Bhagwati Enterprises, and M/s Vaishno Enterprises—were disqualified after being found non-responsive during the technical bid evaluation.
