14 Firms Bid for Construction of MSME Technology Centre at Gaya

IRCON International Limited has received 14 bids for the construction of the MSME Technology Centre at Gaya Ji, Bihar. The project, estimated to cost ₹84 crore, has a completion period of 548 days.

The tender, floated by IRCON, has attracted participation from several major infrastructure and construction firms. The bidders include BMS Projects, DS Enterprise, Ganga Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd., JPG Engineers Pvt. Ltd., Macro Ranjan Construction Pvt. Ltd., M/s B. Rai Construction Company, Mundeshwari Construction, Narayan Kumar Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Nipani Infra and Industries Pvt. Ltd., Quazar Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Ram Kripal Singh Construction Pvt. Ltd., R S Agrawal Infratech Pvt. Ltd., RSB Projects Pvt. Ltd., and Shree Riddhi Siddhi Buildwell Ltd.

As per the tender terms, the selected contractor will have to submit the Design Basis Report (DBR) within 30 days of award. The project aims to establish a state-of-the-art MSME Technology Centre to boost entrepreneurship and industrial growth in the region.
